In a moment fueled by anger, Billy tries to grab Womack’s gun, but ends up getting kneed in his already broken rib. Victoria and Kelly struggle to help a delusional Billy who weaves in and out of consciousness. Nick encourages Sharon to move up her next therapy appointment and vows to help her.
